A new facility incorporating factory and warehouse space, offices, and a showroom, was commissioned on this high profile site.

The total accommodation is about 3500m². Conceptually the idea was to create a seamless transition between the factory and showroom buildings, and also to explore the various means of filtering and screening light, using various devices along the west (street facing) facade. The roof is a continuous membrane which curves and folds over the showroom and up over the main warehouse space.
