This project consists of 3 industrial units varying in size between 750m² and 2250m². In addition to the warehouse space, each unit includes 110sqm of office space and 60sqm of staff change room and ablution areas. Each unit has ramp access and dock leveller loading facilities. Due to growing demand in the area, the scheme is conceived as retail – warehouse space, so the standard of finish and general aesthetics is higher than standard warehousing schemes. The site has been maximised to bring coverage up to 80%. Lightweight walling was used on the office components in order for them to cantilever over the street-side parking areas.
