This house was an existing structure built in the 1970’s which had little architectural design or style. The client approached us to alter the house into a modern sophisticated dwelling.
The existing house was re-planned to open up towards the covered entertainment terrace and swimming pool, while the entrance was completely redesigned to allow a proper flow from the street towards the front door while maintaining the functional independence of the entertainment area.  Just about all the internal walls were removed and rebuilt together with all services, finishes and fittings. In essence a brand new family home.
